1. Parents and accounts
Brot is for kids with a parent's verification and supervision. The parent is responsible for the account and for approving every friend connection.
2. Messaging
Messaging is limited to fixed phrases and stickers.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are one-time through Apple, behind a parent gate. Pay once, yours forever. Refunds are handled by Apple.
4. Using Brot fairly
Don't misuse or reverse-engineer the app. We can suspend accounts that are abused.
5. Your legal rights
The app is provided as is to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
